Just one down-fall of accessories, in that the person looking for a good used bike, does not want to pay for YOUR PREFERENCE OF ACCESSORIES.

I was cought by this when about to sell my Honda 400cc four with modified forks, better rear shocks, new tyres front & rear, along with chains & sprockets.  a pointless ignition system along with clip on foot rests.  Said buyer even wanted the stock hydraulic brake lines put back on instead of the costly Federal.

So I did the front brake line replacement & back to stock footrests, but did not tell him about the improved rear shocks, the improved front forks or the pointless ignition system.

I  figured anyone that was going to work on the bike would be baffled at the other non-stock changes, but his problem & not mine for I had put all that money into the bike so it would be a good handleing & easy to work on bike.

Mind you by the next day he t-boned a cage & end of the bike & himself.

Unfortunately the person with the camera doing the video work, could not hold it steady.  Otherise it would have been so much better.

I learned this when using the 2nd movie camera to Bruno Englar who did a lot of movie work for the CBC & he pointed out my flaws, from only being familiar with still 35mm photos.

Even Hans Gmoser, who shows his movies all over North Amera to attract people to the Bugaboos for Spring skiing, to also climbing mountains.  So had to watch how I aimed he camera to the shutter use.

The ,aom thing they counted on were my still photo shots from my Leica IIIC of 35mm, plus some of the footage could be used once they trimmed it down.  Like Hans was with a broken ankle, but still came down the sloped with a shortened ski on his left, but normal ski on the right------that is something I cought with his 2nd movie camera. and he used it in some of the footage he showed to others..

Sorry jclax I thought it was someone else from the way you wrote.  This camera work of something moving & filming it is TRICKY to say the least & reason that both Bruno & Hans give me a bit of till I perked up.  Though admit I was a good photographer of still shots & some were purchased in some of the newspapers.  To even the Cdn National Railway people asked me to take a maze of photo colour slides of basically the Jasper area-----------so they could show them around to build up more people to use the CNNR.

But then remember in the case some of my footage would be presented to the BBC & in Hans case he would be travelling all over North America it had to be spot on to attract others to his Bugaboos place of mountins & spring skiing terrain SO different.

Lastly you just might have an evil twin jclax!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
