A kx 125 WHAT exactly ??

Is there a dealer nearby?  If so, contact them for a users manual.

If not, plug in "Brandname kx 125" into your favorite internet search engine, like Google, and you will likely get answers a lot quicker than you will here.

(A water cooled small 2-stroke ??  Didn't know any such animal existed.)

A KX is a Kawasaki off road bike, ER2.

The oil capacity may be marked on one of the casings someplace, or there may be a screw you can remove, so that when you fill the box oil dribbles out when the level is reached. Or there may be a sight glass, although that would be unusual on a small stroker. As to the premix ratio I don't know, you could try 33:1. It would depend on the type of oil used too. If it was my bike I would get a handbook or seek out some better information on the web.
