Yamaha v star 1100 backfiring bad rear cylinder not firing at first fouled rear plug still has the ais on there bike was sitting for a couple months changed gas put new gas drained carbs ran seafoam in tank still backfiring blue flames out of the rear cylinder more than the front Can someone give me any suggestions or idea how to fix it thanks

Most likely a gummed up clogged carb, and no amount of Seafoam will clear that out.
Could try some of the much stronger internal fuel cleaner avaialble at some Marine supply shops. Otherwise the carbs have to come off and be disassembled and manually cleaned. This happens much faster these days when a bike sits unridden for months at a time with the Enthanol blended fuels.
If your bike sits for weeks/months unridden its best to only use fuel with NO ethanol in it at all.
