It's the blinker fluid.
If it's too thick, your bike will never turn.  shocked

Now that the technology revolution is steamrolling us...there is a helmet with sensors that read your eyeballs, and can determine if your brain wants a turn or not, combined with a camera reading in all directions.
 
This info is fed into the CPU and triggers hydraulic shifting of the heavy blinker fluid from side to side...so now it turns the bike, where before it prevented turning.
 
This is the driving force, to incite buying a new bike..Get with it  lol
