We've been featuring plenty of motocross and supercross machines, but take a look at the fastest GNCC bike on the circuit - David Knight's KTM 450XC

The visual image of how David knight controls his bike, should be totally filmed, to reveal what it means to have that domination of the bike, and placing it where it is planned, both as a mental "plan" and a physical carrying out the "plan". And that, "school" should generate money for the instructor (David Knight).

The only place I've seen him do what he does, was the Red Bull coverage of the Last Man Standing event, and he was where the camera was on, since he was leading, but because it is a show, the camera also spent a lot of time showing the struggle spots that others had so much problem with. I guess the good side of that was to show the difference between David knight placing his bike exactly where the clear course in front of him, allowed picking his line, and.... what trailing riders faced when arriving at a nasty place filled with stopped competitors.

Dealing with bottlenecks is a huge problem during that LMS event. Knight's ability to get out front early and not have to deal with that crap is a direct result of, and allows him to use, his remakable skills.

That's why I'd like to see camera coverage of a race like LMS done to show close up, in detail, how the leader, does it to lead. With Red Bull money, If they wanted to, they could have like four camera men (in a helicopter or two), focused on four most likely to be leading racers. Then, they later they can edit out what isn't useful to the show.

The start and race to the place where the course funnels, is so hairball dramatic (because so much is at stake) and there is so little time involved, Red Bull should be showing it. Dirt riders could learn from it, non bike riders should like it just from the action.

Showing a mass start as the complete wave crossing the field in front of them, takes all the detail out of what any one person is doing (course with editing that should /could be shown as well, at least as much of it as Red Bull wants to show).
