Things that make your bike way more appealing on c list are maintenance records. I cant tell you how many guys post up bikes that have no maintenance records and tell you well I just did the top end, just dont have a receipt. I call bull s**t.... I would imagine the 525 is worth 3k to 3500 maybe higher if its a minter. That said I would pay an extra 500 for a bike with a solid history, especially a 4 stroke as they tend to have higher repair costs... Is the other a rm 250r or an rmz 250? again a good history would bring better prices.

the best bike out.... is the one your on...

Unfortunately KBB or Nada won't tell you "real world" numbers. Check on Craigslist and see what they are going for. Times are tough right now and what you think you can get and what you really get are two different things. Example: I have a car on craigslist that is below low book on KBB or Nada but I cant sell it to save my life! (everyone wants to trade some crap).

A normal riding day for me!

I'm planning on selling a KTM 525 (2005)  and a Suzuki RM2 250 (2004)   Is there somewhere on the web I can find their current resale value?

Thanks!
