Hey GREEN9R.....what did you do to your CBR in the picture?  Did you peel the wings off her side panels?  Interesting effect....and probably easier than trying to wax over those cheap "iron on" decals they used for the wings....I'll never figure why Honda makes such a sweet looking bike and then uses transfer decals instead of paint....well....OK....they do it cause it's cheap....but still....c'mon....
I was thinking about getting two of the red CBR 2005 lower fairings/cowlings/whatever the bottom gray part is called on the 2004.  They are supposed to be a direct match, and that would confuse a few people in any case....and I think look better than the gunmetal gray bottom mine has now.  Of course when I priced them out the dealer wanted about $400 each so there went that idea....lol...
Oh, yeah, this is the "post up your bike" thread.....sorry....here you go....
A lot of you have already seen it, but here it is....I need to get a digital camera and shoot some new pix because she looks a bit different now....she lost about 30 pounds off her rear end....yeah

And I ain't never met a hottie that didn't look better after losing some off her rear end...  devil ...

Not that I don't like my XR650 on the left....just a different kind of date....down and dirty....and a rear end built for pounding....I mean off road action....yeah....that's it....hop

The second day of ownership the hair dryer came out and the stickers came off.... If the tank didn't have a clear coat cover the decals they would be off too..

I looked at the 05 lowers but the color didn't match well plus if it doesn't make the bike handle better it's a waste of money. :-)

2001 R6 -- RED!!!!!  520 Conversion kit w/ Regina chain & AFAM sprockets, LP streamlined turn signals front and back, and removed the hideous black plastic rear fender.  Next project is chain guard & windshield/mirrors.

The best color combo for the 750!

And the smartest purchase of a 600. The Daytona!

You guys are making me drool.

92 blade,vmax,YZF750,rgv250 race bike and a GSX1100 (82) historic racer vmax isnt a sports bike I know but it goes quick and it handles about the same as my GSX so I rekon it counts.
