Suzuki retools its supersport arsenal for 2008 with upgrades to its GSX-R600 and GSX-R750 machinery. Check out MotorcycleUSA's 2008 Suzuki GSX-R600 & 750 - First Look article.

Look to be very sweet and refined bikes but nothing groundbreaking either. Suzuki seems stuck with a current chassis and engine design. My 10 bucks that the gix600 won't be winning many supersport shootouts. The white/silver one is pure sex though.

I absolutely dig the front end on these bikes. The dual reflectors and single projector are sick. The GSXR600 looks tough enough but will it have the nuts to do what it needs to do?

Fire it up Holmes!

I'm not worried about the 600, as I'm getting that 750 in black/orange!

I like the front, but that exhaust... ugh! Luckily the usually offer these bikes with all sorts of add-ons (like arrows, yoshi or micron pipes) to sweeten the deal. Will definitely be paying my dealership a visit beginning of next year.

Headlight designing team conversation:

Hakashiki Hiroto: dood we need to replace the damn ciclope scheme,we seem to be getting uglier each year..

Yamamoto Sakamoko:yes,Yamaha,Honda,Kawasaki,Triumph and Ducati all of them moved to the devilish eyes config, they seem to have it nailed..

Hakashiki Hiroto: yes but we can not give the impression of going along with them...*scratches head*

Yamamoto Sakamoko:*idea bulb goes on* why don't we go unique, let's do the devilish eye and the ciclope eye,and then file a pattent to it...

Hakashaki Hiroto: cool,we'd be keeping it unique, good job Sakamoko!!!

They all seem to be strugling to get pipes that still give decent power but also passes emission standards as delivered from the factory...I wonder if we will be riding bikes with trash cans attached to the rear someday.

Kudos to Eric Buell, who has really nailed it big with the exhaust system of the 1125.
Did you see that coming?
He replaced the whole underpan with a sculptured mufler that still looks like the bike has no mufler.

The japs should have learned to smoke on college, sometimes it woks to think outside the box.
