After some searching, I finally got my bike. Looked at a few but either it was to expensive or to new and I just wanted a cheaper, good looking cruiser. A high school friend called me and told me he knew of a good bike for sale that was going at a good price. The seller needed to sell it because he was getting a divorce and the soon to be ex helped him buy it. I ran over today and looked at the bike. It's a 2006 Suzuki M50. Started right up, idled good and he let me take it for a ride. After a short ride I came back and asked him how much he was asking. $3900. It has a little over 8K on it. I bought it right there. Not the biggest bike but plenty for me. Forward pegs which is alright. 2 small bags that are in pretty good condition. Beautiful day so it's just what I needed. Happy man now again to be riding. :-)

Seeing as how you were looking at a Harley for $16,000 I reckon you should be well pleased. You'll have just as much pleasure for a quarter of the price. A bargain by anyone's standards!

Congratulations. I had a Boulevard C-90 before my R3T and it was a nice bike - and very reliable.

Enjoy it.

Here's a picture before my ride today. Out for a few hours enjoying the cooler weather. Being on sportbikes/standards for a few years, i'm getting used to the cruiser handling again. Nothing bad just a little different from the Z. Really enjoying this bike. Already had a few friends tell me I should have gotten something bigger. eyes I'm 160 lbs. and 805cc is just fine for me. This isn't a bike to go racing around on.
