Would like to, but haven't had the chance yet. What I was thinking, though, is that the Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve System is used in the GSX-R1000 as well (the bike that swept the AMA Superbike podium yesterday).
The main difference between the C109R and the M109R is the size of the throttle bodies. The C109R's are 52mm, the M109R's 56mm. Suzuki was hoping to get more low end from the C109Rs smaller arrangement.
As far as the time I spent on the big cruiser, fuel delivery was never a question. Throttle response was lively, the engine ran smooth, and during our tenure on the bike the engine was definitely one of the bike's strong points. | | Back to Top | | |
