They were doing their 50 states in 50 days and the highlight of South Dakota was the Sturgis Rally. The temporary set looked to be downtown with Mayne dressed up in his monkey suit amongst the bikers. Pretty cool that a mainstream media outlet like ESPN recognizes the popularity of Sturgis. | | Back to Top

I can get anywhere around town in like 10 minutes max by taking back streets and avoiding the clusterf***s. Or, for another example, there was a line coming out of Rapid City HD with guys lines up about 100+ deep in the left run lane, and nobody on the right. So I make a right, make the first right into a parking lot, then turn left... nobody else was doing this.
And the same goes for everywhere, they actually like to sit in traffic. I bet if RevLoc or Recluse made an auto clutch for Harleys (like their dirt bike models) they'd clean up. I don't know about these guys, but my hand gets tired working the clutch to go like 5mph for 15 feet at a time. | | Back to Top

The guy who crashed on the second day of my trip, Art, is still in a coma, but his vitals are improving. They're talking about moving him to a hospital closer to home, in Riverside, CA. He's been in Salt Lake City this whole time. | | Back to Top
