Ransom Motorcycles offers a different interpretation of the custom chopper. The Revelation blends sportbike technology with a one-off custom cruiser look that is certain to shake things up in the custom bike builder realm.

Again, bikes like this make Ducati's GP derived desmosideci seem like the most amazing deal on the planet.

Desmo - Its not about track performance its about being different. Take this bike and put it up against the best OCC and how does it stack up - that is the question. You dont look at a bike like this and think 'Man, that is bad ass'...? When I saw this thing I thought we have to show this bike off and here you are bursting my bubble. Cad... get the banning stick out.

Damn it, where'd Duke go now?

I'll give them props for a custom job, but it's just not my sort of bike. If I've got that much power between my legs I want the suspension, frame, etc to be up to par of the performance of the motor.

Still, I imagine they will have a pretty decent run in custom choppers because the straight line performance is there. They are very nice looking motorcycles, thats for sure.

When I bring up the Desmosideci, I'm not talking about track performance. Let's just say posing as that's what most people are going to do with it, as well as this custom. With Ducati I'm talking about the absolute best in state of the art technology that a racing department has provided to a street bike. The best engineers came together to bring it to the public, along with all the heritage entailed. This has never before happened in motorcycling.
Or, you can get some welded together thing with a car tire on the back and a pedestrian in line 4 motor that was outclassed 10 years ago by its peers. For more money.

freaked rolleyes

lmao - first time I've used a roll-eyes emoticon... ever! When's he finishing it?
The engine-detail is hideous. Hide the oil filter and the plastic w/washer fluid jug, at least!

Seems he and his buddy upstairs are missing their target audience: "...Everybody wants to be
an outlaw - it's the whole pop culture thing, sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll. I want to promote the
business in a more positive light, something kids can look up to.".

Sexdrugsrock'n'roll are where it's at, Skippy! smilewinkgrin 'They' generally buy these things
to be 'outlaw'.

Kenny, are you saying the Turtles are actually 'fabricating' quality products worthy of praise?
"...put it up against the best OCC and how does it stack up - that is the question".
