Bart's in Germany drinking beer and eating brats and is trying to convince us that he's working, but we know the real deal. He is in Cologne providing updates on what we can expect to see on the market in 2009 and beyond, so stay tuned for more tasty tidbits from overseas. What do you think of the return of a V-Four Honda Sportbike? Can't wait to see what he's got next in store for us.

The V four sport bike never left. Honda just needs to put it on a diet, add decent fully adjustable suspension, drop the v-tec and kick it up to at least 1000cc.
This concept model is a joke. What is it, a cardboard cut out?

p.s. Bart sucks! Gettin' paid to booze it up in Cologne....

IMO opinion the biggest deal about the BMW K1300 is the adoption of standard style turnsignal switch gear!

you're absolutely right Desmo. can't believe I didnt add that in there. turnsignals are normal, no confusing paddles. And, yes, I do suck.

That's just plain wrong...I mean that would be like Saab putting the ignition key where everyone else has it rather than down on the center console where all sorts of crap can fall into it.

I mean geez.

Maybe 'cause my first bike as an adult was a BMW I've had no problems with their arrangement or switching back and forth with my Japanese bikes with the "standard" turn signal arrangement.

Hopefully they kept the auto shutoff on the signals and standard emergency flashers.

Good thing they thought that the turn signal 'fix' was a priority, instead of the final drive issue, or antenna rings...
