A chap from the Indian reserve terrain decided he would pass a truck on the right side in town, yet the trucker had put on the right turn signal a bit past the turning point.

So being drunk was death to the Indian on a scooter for more then one reason  & could be to any others that feel they can be boozers & still ride their scooters.  Obviously the RCMP are charging the problem to the drunk Indian & not the truck driver.

Remember all the others on the road are crazy & out to kill you.

Drinking means you should stay where you are, at a place within safe walking distance, or have someone drive you home. It is so sad to hear that people take it so lightly. They hurt themselves and other people.
