Only when posting links, where you have to use the URL button before and after the link when using the Post Reply button. Yeah, that sucks. Wonder why its setup like that. It isn't like that in internet explorer. It really should let you highlight the link atleast and click the URL button to put tags at each end but it doesn't appear to even do that.  There are two ways to look at it really. Either Firefox should be more like some of the other internet browsers, or website designers need to understand the growing number of Firefox users and build the website to be compatible with Firefox. Many other php software is compatible with Firefox, dotNetBB is not so much.
Heh, it always boils down to the forums need an upgrade. I'm pretty sure this forum software was made back before firefox exsisted.
